Volunteer programme
Would you like to join us as a volunteer?
We offer volunteering opportunities in each of our schools. Volunteers make a huge difference to our pupils and are greatly valued for the support they offer our staff.
Volunteering can take many forms including:
- helping small groups of children with art and craft
- working with small groups of pupils or individual pupils to assist them in their learning
- supporting community engagement and activities
- supporting school activities (which could include swimming, horse riding, sailing and school visits.)
Supporting our volunteers
- Volunteers will be invited to attend an initial information session to learn about our schools and current volunteering opportunities.
- All volunteers will have an opportunity to visit the school of their choice and will have access to an induction session prior to joining us.
- As part of our safeguarding process, we will ask all volunteers to provide two references and complete an Enhanced DBS application.
