Our staff

Educate. Develop. Enrich. Nurture.

Our staff

We are very proud of every single member of staff and work hard to be a ‘family’ of schools where everyone from teachers, TAs, therapists, administrative and support staff to pastoral carers, are dedicated to the development and wellbeing of both our children and young adults and each other.

In addition to personal support and role specific training for staff we provide a range of opportunities for skill and career development.

Training and development

Supporting staff development is a high priority for us. We aim to build an exceptional professional development provision where each person’s professional development is valued.

Academic placements

We are pleased to welcome a variety of students into our schools, including student nurses, trainee teachers and therapy degree under-graduates and those studying for a masters.

Volunteering

Volunteering in one of our schools can see you can helping children with arts and craft, working with pupils to assist them in their learning, supporting family and school activities like swimming, horse riding, sailing and visits to school.

Current Vacancies

Each of our schools manages their own recruitment so please have a look at all the roles available. We are also always pleased to hear from teachers and support staff interested in joining the Trust.
